My best friend LOVES Cookie Monster. When I saw the picture of these, I knew I had to make them for her. She and her husband invited me for the Fourth of July this year and this is what I brought.

Ice Cream in a Cake Bowl

I made a giant cupcake for someone once and messed up. While eating the mistake, Jeff was digging out the middle and it made a bowl shape. That's when He came up with ice cream in a cake bowl. It really works best with a giant cupcake and more ice cream, but we made individual sizes for mother's day this year.
