My best friend LOVES Cookie Monster. When I saw the picture of these, I knew I had to make them for her. She and her husband invited me for the Fourth of July this year and this is what I brought.

Ice Cream in a Cake Bowl

I made a giant cupcake for someone once and messed up. While eating the mistake, Jeff was digging out the middle and it made a bowl shape. That's when He came up with ice cream in a cake bowl. It really works best with a giant cupcake and more ice cream, but we made individual sizes for mother's day this year.

This cake was for my friend Eric's daughter. It was her first birthday and it was an under the sea theme. I love how this one turned out.

Harry Potter Cake

Maranda wanted a Harry Potter cake for her birthday. I know nothing about Harry Potter (that's not an exaggeration). So this is what it turned out to be. It's one of the school's crest. Griffendor? Something liket hat. The inside was gold and red checkerboard. She loved it.

I had the honor of doing the wedding cake for my great friends Wendy and Eric. They wanted cupcakes and cupcakes they got! I loved that they had a giant cupcake to cut. Congratulations, WE!
